The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Ames seeks a new Coordinator of Music.
Ideal applicants are creative, energetic, and familiar with a wide variety of music styles, including: classical, folk, global, urban and contemporary. The music ministry of this congregation includes working closely with the service presenters in developing meaningful and appropriate music for services. Additionally, the Coordinator will facilitate musical contributions from within the congregation and create connections with local music communities. The Coordinator will embrace the UU principles of inclusion and diversity, integrating them into the musical life of the congregation (http://www.uufames.org/content/uu-faith). Desired candidates will have a degree in music or relevant hands-on experience and interest in contributing musically to services and events.
